Quality Control and Tests

As Çağatay Kablo, we attach importance to quality controls and tests of our products. According to ISO6722, 22 different tests are required in the production area. 9 of these tests are mandatory. With these 9 mandatory tests in total, we are able to provide 11 tests.

In this context, our quality control and testing applications are as follows:

» Our products are being tested in a special unit designed for quality control and testing.

» All our products are subject to %100 electrical testing one by one before delivery.

» As in mass production, each product is individually tested instead of testing through samples only.

» Each of our products is labeled with barcode system after the tests.

» Faults in our products and services are being determined and immediately corrected during these controls and tests.

» As a result of quality control and tests, development processes are operated for our products.

» Our quality control tests applied in raw material input, production and final control stages ensure effective management of our processes.

» Reports obtained as a result of the tests are kept for 10 years for later evaluation.
