Quality Control and Tests

Quality at Çağatay Kablo is verified, not assumed. Our quality control system covers three stages: incoming inspection of raw materials and components, in-process controls on the production line, and final end-of-line testing.

100% end-of-line electrical testing. Every harness and battery cable we ship is individually tested for continuity, short circuit, miswiring and component presence on dedicated electrical test benches — we test every unit, not samples.

Our test and inspection capabilities include:

» Electrical continuity and short-circuit testing (100% of production)

» Crimp quality verification: crimp height/width measurement and pull-force testing

» Crimp cross-section (micrograph) analysis

» Dimensional and visual inspection at every process step

» Barcode traceability labelling on every tested unit

» Test records retained for +5 years for full traceability

Cables and materials used in our products comply with relevant international standards, including ISO 6722 for automotive cables. Customer-specific test requirements are integrated into our control plans during the APQP process.
