History

Çağatay Kablo entered the industry in 1998 in a cable manufacturing workshop in Yenibosna, Istanbul. Within a short time, we built a significant customer portfolio, and the need to grow our production capacity increased with every passing year.

In 1998 we began producing cable assemblies for automotive workshops. With these systems — which carry electrical power between the devices and components of a vehicle — we steadily expanded both our expertise and our customer base.

In 2013, our first factory was established in Degirmenköy, in the Silivri district of Istanbul. The Silivri plant was a major milestone for us: we broadened our product range with wiring harnesses and complete battery cables for commercial vehicles such as buses, minibuses, trucks, tractors and construction machinery, as well as for the HVAC sector.

In 2018, our first overseas plant began operations. Our factory in Skopje, North Macedonia, started serving the wiring harness, cable assembly and battery cable needs of customers in the region.

Our focus on quality and customer satisfaction has carried our customer network to global markets. We export to many countries, above all in Europe — you can find our products in vehicles in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.

In the coming years, we plan to increase both the number and the capacity of our facilities, continuously expanding our product range and customer portfolio.
